Product good. Customer Service not so good.

I placed an order on their website. I used gpay to complete my transaction. I didn't realize the billing address associated with my Gmail was my old address. As soon as I completed it and saw the mailing addresscas my old address. I emailed the company asking them to send it to my current address. I followed up two days later and sent another email. Both emails went without a reply. I checked again on day three before the item was shipped out and I urgently asked them to send it to the correct address, again no reply from their customer service and the item was shipped out to the wrong address. My package was delayed by a week and I had to go get it from my old address post office. I again emailed customer service with no response. I will not be using this company again.
