THESE TERMS REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION (SECTION 8.2) ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS, AND ALSO LIMIT THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.

You may delete your Account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Site. CAMPANELLI may also suspend or terminate your Account at its own discretion.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Campanelli Products, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
